Convert B/W .jpg to .wmf by BarryWebSEO

I have a simple graphic that needs to be converted to a .wmf file. Attached is a sample of the graphic. The actual .jpg is 9mbytes so I cannot upload the whole picture. (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustration, Illustrator)
